Very poor customer service from Raymond at the counter. It is also embarrassing that a federal employee and adult male alters his name tag with a piece of pink paper taped to it that says «I’m fabulous.» Grow up.

Usually when I visit the post office in this location there are very friendly staff members that are willing to help, today was a different experience. The postal woman behind did not have very good customer service skills at all. Her pessimistic attitude was showing with everyone and when I needed a little assistance in a simple drop off package, she pointed where I needed to drop off the package in a not so friendly way and just grabbed my box without confirmation. Not sure I’ll be back here again but customers beware!
