Seriously these guys are a joke. I hired them twice… what a mistake. The first time they were hired to pump the tank. I recently found out after the fact that they never even took the cover off the solids side of the tank… let alone pumped it. Whether this was pure laziness or a major lack of experience on the drivers part is unknown but I know for a fact that they ripped me off.
The second time I hired them they came out for a repair. The guy had less then a year of experience and had no idea how to solve the problem. He gave me some B.S. charged me $ 250 and left. When the problem «mysteriously» reappeared 30 minutes after he left I tried to call the owner/​manager of A1. After 10 phone calls with no answer I decided to give up.
I recently hired a professional company who took care of the problem, pumped both sides of the tank, and showed me evidence of the solids lid never being opened, or pumped, since installation. A1 should get 0 stars.
