I have worked with Tom and Vicki for many years now and it was time I took a moment to spread good cheer! Customer service with Vicki is always friendly and reliable. And Tom’s ability to care and repair my computer is absolutely top notch. He is honest, fair and extremely knowledgeable. And the turn-​around time is very quick. Also this is a great place to buy used laptops — prices are good and mine works great!

Beware with this shop, i have a Dell desktop got blackscreen they diagnostic and talk to me replace the mortherboard l m ok Trust them. then let there for a week to fixed. after that when l come to pickup my desktop, they say can not fix and turn it back to me. Waist my time. they do not know anything how to repair computer. more than that he intend to charge me diagnostic fee. Ridicules …

on two different occasions i had the need for my computer to be repaired… i found the service at B C Computer Repair to be outstanding and very fair priced… i also purchased a computer from them for my 6 year old granddaughter and she loves it… for the best in computer repair go to b.c. computer repair… you won’t regret it!..

These people keep changing their name and location. I took my sons lap top to them when they were operating under the name Coastal Computer Repair in downtown Boulder Creek years ago and he went to pick it up 3 weeks later and they had sold it on EBay, because he did not pick it up within the 2 week time frame. Unbelieveable! I would never recommend doing business with these people no matter what their current name or location is.

So great to have someone right here in BC, like Tom, to run to when I have a computer problem. Tom built a computer designated for my home music studio. Never had a problem. If I had he’s right in town and I know he’d deal with it in a timely manner. He’ll even make house calls. To top it off his prices are reasonable. The other option? Drive over the hill and take a number.
