I had a very disappointing experience with Adventures within Reach. In planning my trip to Peru, I had expected good services from a company which is based in the US and whose rates are considerably higher than their competitors. Instead, they were misleading and very unreliable after receiving our payment. To make matter worse, they were not sincerely apologetic for their poor service. As a client, I expected a lot more and wish I had given business to an alternative group.
