I’ve shopped at this location for years and have always had great customer service, even today with Phil who helped me hunt for a clearance item. But, then at checkout, my cashier, Alex, wasn’t listening to anything I was saying for what coupons get applied to which item, and then became very disrespectful when trying to «fix» the order that she messed up. She went to a manager(perhaps she was new and couldn’t figure it out herself? She really had a hard time understanding what most cashiers will advise you to do anyway) but, based on the manager’s comments, she likely complained about me as a customer before I could report her to the management. The manager said how sorry he was, but she expressed no apology and stood with a «holy-er than thou» grin on her face. If this store hires more like Alex, they will be out of business in no time.

One of the smalleat size of BBB I’ve been so far but well stocked… Except today. Was looking for indoor slippers but they do not have many choices :/

I am not a college student, but I accidentally chose to head to this BBB on what I was terrified to find out was student move in day. I thought for sure this would turn a very easy trip into a nightmare. However, even though the store was very crowded in the inside, it turned out to be a sort of organized chaos. Every cashier was open, they even had someone separate just to help organize the lines. They also had multiple personal around the store to answer any questions. I was surprised that my trip actually didn’t take any longer than it would have in any other day. Just a big thanks to the management here for being appropriately staffed! What a difference it made!

This is one of the bigger BBB stores I have been in and it has a good selection in every department. Their prices are competitive even without the 20% off coupons that are everywhere, so usually it is the best deal in town. My favorite area is the cookware and kitchenware but there is hardly a department that I haven’t shopped. The staff is incredibly helpful and every single person you pass greets you, but not in a stalking security way.

It looks small but it’s pretty big inside. It has your standard fare, nothing special. The staff was nice and helpful. The parking lot is horrrrrrrrible!

run o’ the mill, big box bed bath and beyond. these stores always overwhelm me and no matter how they try to make things seemingly well arranged on their shelves, it always looks cramped and claustrophobia-inducing. this boulder location ain’t no different from the rest o’ em is all i can say.

The BBB in boulder competes for parking the heavily frequented R.E.I so prepare to circle. It’s a standard size, in the U shaped design, filled floor to ceiling with household items varying from high end sheets to As-Seen-for-TV gadgets. This being Boulder, the staff is of course friendly, but apparently, are never around the second I have a question. Obviously, as in every BBB, there is a rather large markup so they can give out the 20% coupons like candy, seductive candy. But, if you bring in a pile of coupons, the staff is pretty awesome about letting you stack them. Generally, its one of the best places to buy household items. I love buying basic cookware, towels, high-end anti-stink trashcans, hairdryer holders etc. Obviously this is not where to buy super high quality items, but they have solid basics for decent prices if you remember your hoarded coupon pile.
