The problem with Bodywise is that they are so effective that you forget to go back. I have been a patient dealing with back pain twice, different areas, in the last four years and both times my therapist was willing to share and show me real actual exercises that I could do to strengthen muscles, increase mobility and reduce pain. The result was that I forgot my next appointment because I was feeling so good. I have tried other PT who do things like hold their hands in the air over your body as well as acupuncturists, and chiropractors. I think you need to be quite susceptible to the placebo effect to succeed with those kinds of therapy, I am not. This is the real stuff using real understanding of physiology that actually works.

I came across this place in desperation after a second«specialist» appointment left me with no answers and an incredible amount of pain in my left foot. Within an hour, my therapist had not only pin-pointed the problem, but she went so far as to show me diagrams of the foot while explaining to me what was going on with my body. I arrived in tears, and left feeling relieved and informed. Professional service, lovely atmosphere, and most importantly, KIND therapists who actually legitimately care for their patients, not just about their patient’s pocket books. Can’t thank these ladies enough!

Absolutely the best PT in Boulder and I’ve personally been to a handful since arriving in Boulder in ’92. What makes this place amazing are the people and their commitment to healing. We’re spoiled in Boulder as we’re home to some of the most knowledgeable and creative healers in the world. Given this backdrop, the people at Bodywise go the extra mile and make Bodywise stand head and shoulders above the rest.

I saw this place about a week ago while I was walking by and thought I’d see if they could help me feel less worn out after driving to work, working at a desk, and driving back home. I asked about it and they told me that they do quite a lot related to work, including teaching people. So I went in the next week for an appointment. In an hour I got advice on a lot of different areas including how to sit properly at work, when to take breaks, and that I should avoid uncomfortable positions before I feel a strain. I found that I understood it a lot better and felt a lot more motivated talking to someone in person rather than reading something online. The people are very nice, and the facility is very nice, and the prices are reasonable. They’re very knowledgeable and pragmatic.
