Dr. Browne and her staff provide the most amazing care. I have been a patient for over twelve years and my entire family are also her patients. She is never too busy to listen and never downplays what you are experiencing in your life; i.e. stress, transisitons, etc. Her medical skills and knowledge are always current and I feel like I am receiving great care as her patient. She is an amazing asset to the medical community and her patients. Thank you, Dr. Browne for all of your care.

Dr Browne has been honored on several occasions as an especially fine internist in Boulder. I agree with this assessment. When I began going to her practice early in 2006, I had a real horror of doctors’ offices. My anxiety level would go through the roof when making an appointment and, as for actual exams, well, you know… About the latter I will say only that even in the most thorough exams, she is gentle. It is possible to be handled as if one is just another piece of human meat, so I appreciate that nothing in my experience with Dr Browne or other physicians in her practice is remotely like that. What impressed me first about Dr Browne is her cheerful, down-to-earth demeanor. This is not a physician who deigns to see you at her convenience. Rather, she is warm, welcoming, and tends to run awfully close to ONTIME. And yet I have never felt rushed by her. Go figure. In the past four years, I’ve had several matters that required tending by her and I have a chronic condition for which I see a couple of specialists. She is knowledgeable, up-to-date, diligent about research when needed, and she seems to play nicely with other physicians in terms of sharing information and paying attention to what she receives from them. It reassures me that she is both experienced and up-to-date; those qualities are sometimes mutually exclusive. One last, crucial point about Dr Browne. She is a listener. She does not interrupt and she does not have one eye on the door. She pays attention and she takes notes and she remembers things, or at least later is able to refer to notes that are obviously thorough. In my experiences with the office staff and P.A., they have seemed competent, efficient, and friendly. From my knowledge of Dr Browne’s way of practicing as an internist, she deserves every accolade she has ever received.
