I hired them to clean a townhome I recently purchased in the area. The owner before me left quite a mess, and I knew that it would be a true test for this cleaning service. I think they did a good job on about 80% of the place — but just last night I started to unpack and found two drawers in the bathroom full of hair (from the previous owner’s beard, I think) and toothpaste. This made no sense to me because the third drawer was perfectly clean.
I spoke to the manager — and specifically said I wasn’t complaining to get money back or anything like that — and she explained that newer cleaning professionals were given those «moving-​in» or «moving-​out» cleanings, and that they have more experienced cleaners doing the regularly scheduled houses — but then she admitted that it wasn’t an excuse because all three of the people cleaning my new home had previous cleaning experience.
Don’t get me wrong, they were all lovely girls, and we chatted a bit. But they left things I had asked for specifically undone, and that was very disappointing. Though I was at home, I had several meetings during that time they were there and wasn’t able to check everything before they left.

I came home today only expecting a very simple clean up in the bathroom, but found that everything had been tidied so nicely. Thank you!

I have very little time to keep up with my house cleaning duties as a busy entrepreneur. I researched a few boulder house cleaning companies, and I found Clean Conscience on Unilocal.My girlfriend and I decided to give them a try based on their reviews.
Before my first cleaning, I had the opportunity to speak with the owner Greg. He was very professional, and I was happy to learn that they use green cleaning supplies. This was a huge plus for me.
To date, I’ve used Clean Conscience once a week for the last 4 weeks. They have always been on time, and leave my home looking spotless.

I was contacted minutes after I filled out the survey, and they rescheduled another cleaning the following day to correct their mistake. So much better this time, and quite pleased with the results, though the hassle of the 1^st lack of quality keeps me at a 4 star rating. Otherwise, the customer service was exceptional and I greatly appreciate what they did to make things right.

Had 6 people show up for a standard cleaning scheduled for 2 people for 1.5 hrs. I assume they split up the tasks, and I was told several people were in training, and they in total stayed for 30 minutes. I thought, due to the numbers, that it would be fine. They didn’t ask me if I was satisfied, they just said «we’re done!»
I didn’t have time to inspect the cleaning as I was leaving town later that day so when I came back (today), I finally got a look. This was a «move in» cleaning where the prior tenants didn’t clean up that well, so I thought I’d hire professionals.
I have pictures of all this:
Hair and dirt in dishwater.
Front of stove oven still dirty and stained.
Oil over top of oven.
Cabinet shelving with layered dust on them. It wasn’t even wiped down.
Cabinet faces all have layers of oil over them.
Shelving units with visible layers of dust.
Walls behind stove still brown from prior tenant’s use, not even wiped.
Counters still stained.
Fridge still stained.
Floor under counters and stove still with crumbs and dirt.
In other words, I have no idea what I paid for.
Very unsatisfied.

Our family has been a Clean Conscience customer for about three years. We love their service and always look forward to coming home to a professionally cleaned home and the sense of calm it provides to our busy life.
Clean Conscience has always been a reliable and trustworthy service (they clean our home while we’re away at work), and they have a strong attention to detail which we haven’t found in other cleaning services we’ve tried.

While browsing Unilocal I realized our favorite cleaning service wasn’t on here yet. We’ve been customers for over 4 years and I can’t say enough good things. We’re working parents with two kids and don’t know how we’d survive without Clean Conscience. As paranoid parents we take extra comfort in the fact that safe and environmentally conscious products are used. Their consistent prompt reliable service cannot be beat!
