Terrible exchange policy. — And they treated me like I was from Mars when i asked to return or exchange something i bought 6 months earlier. The background: I bought some very expensive luggage there along with a backpack about 6 months earlier. The backpack started ripping at the seam, I brought it in for a replacement and they said they would ‘see what they could do’ and they would send it back to the manufacturer, see if the manufacturer would repair or replace it. When I said that most other stores would just exchange it on the spot, they treated me like I was crazy, and claimed they never heard of such a policy.(amazing) I went a few stores down, to Moosejaw and asked their return policy, they have a lifetime guarantee, just bring it back, they will replace it. So, I bought a new backpack from Moosejaw while i wait for Colorado Baggage. I won’t go back to Colorado Baggage. Update: three weeks later, I called the store to ask about my backpack that was sent back to the manufacturer. The manager — Ann said it was still being processed, it takes a week to ship it to the manufacturer, a week to get it back, and THREE weeks for the manufacturer to process it. She thought it was a perfectly fine amount of time, that it was a totally normal exchange policy, and again said she never heard of a store just exchanging things for their customers.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was comparison shopping for some travel items and saw some rather unique things I had not seen elsewhere. If you are looking for more unusual patterns in luggage, this is the place. You’ll certainly find something to stand out on the baggage carousel.
