Fastframe

I finally made the plunge into getting some of my collectibles framed as a treat to myself for finally landing a great job. I did a lot of research and Fastframe was top on my list, and I’m really glad I made the decision to check them out. Their staff was very welcoming and friendly, and provided great service.
I openly admitted that I had no idea what I was doing when I went in, and they were very accommodating and understanding, and definitely didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of nonsense. I had four pieces framed and I one of them I wanted done a little bit more special than the rest. They all turned out great, especially the special one.
Oh, and to top it off, I got a personal Thank You card in the mail today with another coupon in it. Personal as in, Chris remembered what I got framed with them over four weeks ago! I was already going to write a review, but this just sealed the deal for me. Even if it was just on record somewhere, that’s still a very classy touch and is a sign of a great business.

I got a giclee canvas print stretched here. While they did a nice job, some of the white was showing in one corner, and I will need to take it back — hence the 4 stars. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I’ve been working with Boulder FastFrame for a couple of years now, and they have framed quite a few of my pastel paintings. These pieces have all been commissioned artworks, so, after I drop off the artwork at FastFrame, my clients then work directly with the crew at FastFrame.
Client feedback has been wholly positive — both in terms of the service/​assistance provided in frame selection (which can be daunting for first-​time clients, though FF has clearly made this an easy, painless, and even fun process for my clients), and end results.
Kim, the shop owner, has earned my loyalty, and Jese continues to impress me with her talent for framing and her way of making clients feel comfortable and valued.

If you’re looking for a top notch place to get something framed, I highly suggest checking this place out. Fastframe is locally owned and operated, and the customer service is excellent. Inside the store many different frames hang in the walls and there are some demos of amazing frame jobs. My favorite is an entire framed Boulder Monopoly board including all the pieces!
I went in for a pretty simple job– to frame a poster I got my boyfriend for his birthday. The lady at the counter was really helpful in picking out the best frame that matched the poster and offering up a number of options. She looked up all the prices so we could make the best decision for us. It was pretty wrinkled from being rolled up but they pressed it and the finished product is beautiful.

The frame that I picked needed to be ordered but she estimated it would take a week and called as soon as it was ready. Also when I picked it up it came equipped to be hung with its own nail that doesn’t need a special add on to be hung on dry-​wall.
I will probably go back to get my diplomas framed at some point and I know they will be helpful in giving me the fairest price for what I’m looking for. I don’t know if it is the cheapest place around, but what you’re paying for is definitely quality.
