I contacted a number of window glass repair business to bid on a replacement window for our home. 77×71 low-e ¼ inch glass. Out of the 3 I contacted Glass Doctor was the one I chose for the project. Their prices were in line with the others, the time to complete the project was reasonable. From the start to the end of the project, they were in constant communication with me ensuring that I was in the loop. On the day of the installation they were on time, professionally dressed and respectful of my home. The installation was completed quickly and they cleaned up after the project was completed. All in all if you are in need of glass repair I would look here first.

These guys are awesome! I needed a new windshield and I called a couple of hours before they were going to close, and they took my car in and stayed open late to fix it! They were so nice! I came back to pick up my car a little later that evening and they wanted to make sure that it was good to go before I drove it off so I stayed in the office and chatted for a while with the owners. They are really good people. I told them if I was a millionaire I would have given them A big tip.

I brought in an older van to have a windshield leak fixed. I was told that removing the windshield often broke them and I would likely have to buy a new one. Mine came out easily, but I was told that the time to clean it up to be reinstalled would cost as much as a new one, so I got a new one. I got my van back with black sealer smeared all around the seal and the seal popping up in the corners. They said they needed to let it set and have another day to work on it. Turns out, the windshield still leaks. Next Tuesday I will be going back for either my sixth or seventh visit — I’ve lost track. Every time they add more sealer, and every time they fail to stop the leak. If this doesn’t do it, I’ll be forced to go somewhere else and pay to have the whole job done over again. They’re kind people and they try hard, but the quality of the work they performed is just not satisfactory. At this point, they should offer to pull my windshield and redo the entire seal from scratch. (Update: I ultimately went to another shop and paid for a new windshield all over again. In 1 visit, my windshield was installed perfectly. I still have black sealer stuck to my paint tho…)
