Anne is absolutely amazing. I tend to visit her whenever I’m having fitness related aches and pains and I always leave in better shape than I came in. She also does wonders for stress and tension and truly treats the whole body. I highly recommend Hands and Needles Acupuncture.

Anne is a wonderful acupuncturist! She is very thoughtful when she assesses you and your treatment. She is also the nicest health care professional that I can think of. I always leave rejuvenated and relaxed. You are in great hands when you go see Anne!

I visited Anne with a tennis elbow pain which I had for 3 month, within 2 – 3 session I was able to use my arm again.
Based on this experience I have decided to try the facial rejuvenation acupuncture treatment and I am quite happy with the results. During the facial treatments as an added bonus, Anne always asked if there are any parts of the body that need to be worked on as well, which I found extremely useful and healing.
Would recommend Anne’s practice to anyone who is not sure about the acupuncture yet as she always explains what she will do, what are the benefits, works with you on any issue and exhibits very pleasant and caring manner.

As soon as I stepped into Anne’s practice I felt calm and at peace. Her demeanor is relaxing and healing. I enjoyed my treatment, and would most definitely go back for another! I would highly recommend her to anyone.
