Don’t be fooled by its size, this gym has loads to offer! From yoga to their Fitness Fire classes and an incredible staff of personal trainers. All personal trainers and group instructors are there to listen to what your exact needs are, they will most definitely cater to all your needs! Love the small group setting too! All classes are capped at around 8, can’t beat that. Also facilities are very clean including bathrooms and showers.

I’ve gone to several «Fitness Fire» classes over the past few months, and ive really enjoyed all the workouts. They’re not too intense, like i’ve experienced elsewhere, but i’m always sore after the workouts, in a good way. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, always effectively correcting my posture as I’m doing the workouts, and i’ve noticed a huge difference in my strength already. Their equipment is also great, and while the location is a bit difficult to find, they’re definitely a hidden gem in boulder. Im excited to keep working out here!

I love this gym! Nice new equipment and a diverse and knowledgeable staff. I’ve trained with one of the owners, Erica Sigel and she was the perfect mix of babying me through my gym/​exercise anxiety and pushing me to strive to achieve my goals. I love their emphasis on whole body wellness and making intentional and mindful decisions for your health in everything you do.

IAM is great. The idea behind the gym is just doing your workout for you, and whatever motivates you. They are all about just feeling good, no matter age, gender, shape, or size.
Erica is awesome and the facilities are nice, clean, and have plenty to offer! Fitness Fire class was awesome. Great interval training that was easy on my joints and got my heart rate going. I will definitely be back!

The facilities are great, and with all the trainers at this gym, you will definitely find somebody who has the specialty you are looking for. There is pretty much every piece of equipment you could ever require, including a power rack, and bumper plates if you wanted to do Olympic lifting.
I’ve been weightlifting on my own for a few years before I started working out with Russ at IAM, and it has been one of the best decisions of my life. He lets me get my lifting-​heavy-​things fix while also working on stuff I’ve neglected, like flexibility.
There is also a great variety of classes here, although I’ve personally never been since I prefer one-​on-​one training rather than a class.
