ITGuys are a life saver! I dropped my laptop while working on my essay. Honestly I thought I was screwed and would have to start from scratch. This would’ve ruined my entire weekend let alone possibly getting a lower grade because I would’ve had to rush.
So I called and a technician came on site later that day. The technician, Henry I believe was his name, took my laptop with him. Called me the next morning and let me know my data was recovered, more importantly my essay was still there. They installed a new hard drive and transferred all of my data on to the new drive. I was able to use my computer as if nothing had even happened.

Learned about the IT guys when I bought and used a living social coupon to have my home desktop computer cleaned up. Nate came out to my house and did a great job of not only freeing up space, but answering a number of questions I had about my system, the backup hard drive and anti viruses.
