I was gravely dissapointed in the Dr. Paul Fratkin and his assistant. I had given them my insurance info weeks in advance and they said it would be covered as a doctors visit. It was not until half way through the appointment that the assistant walks in and says the insurance will not be accepted. Dr. Paul Fratkin says he can cut me a deal and we don’t have to do the whole 1 hour appointment. He uses a fancy machine to muscle test for which medicine will help me, instead of traditional touch muscle testing. He keeps insisting that «I need the medicine». It felt like it was out of some movie with a snake oil salesman.
