King Soopers

This King Soopers is older and smaller than the main one in central Boulder that has been remodeled and expanded several times. This one finally got a gas station last spring. I used to shop here frequently years ago when I was regularly in this south Boulder neighborhood.
In recent years, I have found myself in KS less often and in this one even less than the other. But occasionally I come here for common brand name items because the it is quicker in and out and easier to park. From my house to this store avoids the major flow of Boulder traffic. The staff here is typical KS friendly, with some of the staff having been here 20+ years.

woot! this is an awesome grocery store. clean, well lit, huge selection of very quality products, friendly staff (even on a bustling christmas eve) and jaw-​droppingly low prices. k-​sizzle, you rock.

Totally Love this store. It’s my go to store for organic produce. The cute Starbucks in the corner is an icing on the cake during the winter months. You can have your coffee and sip it too and shop on. ok you can have that other grocery stores too. so whats different?
I like King soopers in general and this store in particular. I find the brands that I like for a price I am ready to pay. I find the staff is usually more helping here and the fact that I can go here in the middle of the night if I need some grocery is fantastic.
Do I need to go buy grocery at 2 am? not usually. but I like the option of being able to think about it. and that I can go buy a toothpaste at 10 pm: P if I ran out of toothpaste

Boulder has so many amazing food stores and King Soopers is definitely up there in the top. It is HUGE, very clean, very well-stocked…I haven’t even begun to scratch the surface of what is available. The 24 hour aspect is amazing and it’s so great that there’s a pharmacy in there as well. Full service!

When I was a kid, we moved from Boulder to New York for five years (1983 – 1988). When we moved back, my mom walked inside King Soopers and kissed the floor. This is just a fantastic super market. They recently remodeled and are even bigger with a great produce section and a great natural foods section. I love this place.

This location of king soopers is a gem! I do my best to purchase nutritious primarily organic food for my family while keeping the budget in check. I have yet to find another grocery store in the Boulder area that consistently meets my requirements as well as the south Boulder King Soopers. The produce section is very well stocked with a broad spectrum of fresh yumminess, including an excellent selection of organics. The“natural foods” section has a decent variety and a great bulk section. I find the staff to be very helpful and the prices are hard to beat.
