Good service. Online menu could use an update… The store menu pricing was a buck higher than the online menu.

Fairly decent bagels, albeit rather small. Customer Service almost non-existent. Two young people behind the counter who barely have the energy to smile or answer questions. Ask for a paper bag and they wave vaguely and say, «It’s over there.» If you place a large-ish order and ask for the bagels to be sliced, they literally have to do it by hand! They have no machine to do this?! And then the bagels are thrown haphazardly into the bag. Definitely going to Einstein Bagels next time.

It shouldn’t be so hard to make a bagel sandwich correctly. It blows my mind how often they screw up orders from their menu. Pretty pretentious as well.

Came during breakfast rush on a Friday. Service was very fast, but the staff was just going through the motions. Apple Pay! Tazo Chai(no skim option??). Got their sausage, egg, and cheese bagel. Served hot, wrapped in foil, and very good. Over all a solid choice for breakfast.

Great food. Fresh bagels made daily and excellent menu. Service is painful. I eat here very often and they rarely get the order correct. It’s almost unbelievable how often they get it wrong. The employees try to remember orders and when you ask them to write it down they act annoyed. When you tell them they got it wrong… they act annoyed. Place needs adult supervision.

Everything bagel is not salted and, oddly, slightly sweet. Very skimpy on the cream cheese. Coffee is boring. No Wi-Fi. Yawn.

Quick service. Employees totally needed coffee though. They looked completely grumpy(I didn’t blame them. It looked like the customer before me was a piece of work). I ordered two breakfast sandwiches. They were delicious and perfect for the early morning drive I was about to embark on. I also ordered an ice coffee which was better than most(better than Starbucks specifically). I drink my coffee black so there is no sugar or dairy to mask bad coffee. They are a college town bagel place(similar to ones I knew growing up in New England). They have quality and service at the level of large chain like Einstein Bagels but above a place like Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ll be back(especially if I’m hung over).

Bagels are delicious! But the staff is very rude and not friendly. Young, immature girls behind the counter acting like cracking a smile is way too difficult. I said, have a nice day, when the girl who checked me out didn’t say anything to me when she handed me my bagel, she didn’t say anything back. Rude staff is the worst!!!

We are big fans of Moe’s… BUT, we had a terrible experience the past two times we have been in! This last time, yesterday afternoon, we ordered two burritos. one with added meat. and a mini bagel. the woman indicated there would be additional charge. we said no big deal. She wasn’t listening or writing anything down. was starting food before we were done ordering and the bill came to higher than we thought and we found out why when our food was ready. we got three burritos. not two! They weren’t even the correct ones. we got an Aurora, a Pueblo and a Boulder. we ordered two aurora’s. one with added meat. On top of that the Aurora had cheese in it instead of cream cheese… and both had green chile and one should have had red… clearly this employee was not paying attention. We had a similar experience at the Arapahoe location a few weeks back when a young male employee was assuming our order was complete before it was and started making things and not listening… it’s too bad there are some employee’s who do not listen and do not know the ingredients in the menu items because we love Moe’s but experiences like this make our desire to come much less. :(

These people are high or rude or both. They make you feel like a jerk for ordering food from them, wtf? Bagels are okay though.

Other than Mickey C’s Bagels, this is another top breakfast bagel place to go check out in Boulder, Colorado.

Geez Louise. One star for convenient location, one star for having turkey bacon. But I take away that one star for bacon because it is almost always burnt. The staff seems to always be super high, one time they were very loudly talking about their recreational pill use and this time one worker was talking about her roommates«sex addiction» and there are children in here. So very unprofessional and impolite to customers. And there is very little consistency from one Moes to another, which is super annoying. This was my first time back in a long time and I’m very disappointed. Won’t be back!

I agree with other reviewers — the other locations are way better. The staff at the Arapahoe location is always so friendly. But at this location most of the staff are rude, they all seem like they hate their job and it shows. I once ordered two bagels and when the lady called out my order, I asked which one was which(since they were wrapped) and she huffed and literally said«I don’t know, you check.» There was one guy that was very friendly, but I don’t remember his name. The food also seems to be better at the Arapahoe location. As far as food goes, I would recommend the Denver and egg, chedder and sausage, both are yummy.

This place isn’t terrible, but not very memorable either. Too much cream cheese, eww.

Moe’s on 28th is a once a week regular stop for me. Their bagels are usually fresh(and I love that they put copious amounts of cream cheese on their bagels) The store is always clean which is nice. Their speed in getting people through the line in a timely manner is appreciated. I think their staff could be a little friendlier though. Seems like it takes a huge effort to get them to smile.

I really enjoyed my last couple of trips to Moe’s on Broadway, but this one was just«meh». Good bagel, good ingredients, just didn’t do it for me this time. Maybe my sandwich was too plain or maybe the service just a bit less peppy than the other locations. I’m sure a trip to the free day-old bagel zone would have subconsciously pushed me over to 4 stars, but I was a bit too early this time. Remember that fact and you may have yourself a 4+ star experience the next time you come in.

Moe’s is a complete disappointment, with quality and freshness far worse than an average mediocre Bruegger’s or Einstein’s chain bagel shop. Their pricing is high, with a near-zero discount on a dozen bagels, and no freebies — not even a baker’s dozen. And the quality is really uniformly bad: every time I’ve bought a bagel here(despite the neon sign in the window screaming«ALWAYSFRESH»!) the bagels have already been totally stale and dry when they were sold to me, and they’re made without any of the textural elements of a good bagel to begin with, no soft crust and no good chew, so they’re basically just little overpriced rings of already-stale bread. Just go to Einstein’s instead if you’re desperate for a bagel; these are sub-mediocre.

Bagels are fresh and pretty good though if you’re used to smear at Einstein’s you’ll be a little disappointed. My favorite is the Denver bagel sandwich. Steer clear of the coffee — never had a good cup here.
