Top notch customer service, without a doubt. We did an in-​store order the other night for my upcoming trip to Africa, some hikers and convertible pants… The sales associate confirmed my shipping address with me and I was out the door…
When I got home I just double checked my online account and the order was being shipped to an address I lived at 10 years ago; if it went there I would never see the box. Mind you, I’ve ordered multiple items to my home in boulder but this is the first one that messed up and glitches to this other address.
I called their customer service 1888 number and they offered ZERO solutions to a problem that they created, plus the guy was an ass so that didn’t help. I called the store and Eddie (store manager) immediately offered to help and he had it all taken care of by 5pm.
So a huge cheers to the crew at moosejaw 29th street; however their call in customer service is horrible and needs to be reworked and employees trained to go the extra mile like Eddie did.

Drawbacks first: a high end outdoor store. This means the place could be called deep pockets outdoor co.
You can get completely outfitted to climb Everest — so says the guy.
The store itself is quite an arrangement of colors and you can even play a quick game of ping pong in the store.
Good news is you can walk away with a caribener for just $ 2.50. If you’re lucky you may just get a free one. Mums the word.
