I have personally used Brian Weinberg with New American Funding twice. Once on the purchase of our home, and more recently on our refinance. Brian makes what is a stressful process, a pleasant experience and gets the deal done and on time! He is knowledgeable, knows his loan products, communicates during the entire loan process, and gives solid advice and guidance 100% based on your best interest. Buying a house is stressful, buying a house when your original loan broker stops returning your calls just weeks before closing is really stressful. Blue Hessner and his team saved us after our first broker dropped the ball. We love our home and are grateful that Blue and Lindsay were so professional, knowledgeable, hard working and honest with us during the whole process. We closed on our house earlier this month and I’ve already passed his number along to two of our friends.

Honestly if I could give 6 stars I would! I am self employed and my taxes are extremely complicated. I found Blue Hessner and New American Funding from a referral after my first two loan officers promised the world but couldn’t deliver. Blue and crew worked extremely hard and under a very tight timeline to help my wife and I secure funding for our dream home. I’ve bought three houses in my life and I know a great loan officer when I see one. This team is honest and fast, two things that are extremely rare in the lending world. I am already sending my friends their way.

My wife and I worked with Steve Evans on a mortgage for a new build. We signed a contract March 11th, 2015 and closed July 10th, 2015. Over a 4 month period, a lot of things happen. Steve, Lindsay, and Azalea worked tirelessly (literally) to get us into our new place. My whole family really appreciates their efforts!
