What a great experience! Carpets had not be cleaned in over 7 yrs, and they look like new. We have 2 pets, a teenager and a preteen, so our carpets get a workout. Philip and his assistant were prompt, conscientious, gave great care to our walls, hardwoods and the furniture we opted to leave in place. He even helped move furniture! We will definitely be having Paramount clean our carpets again. It feels good to know that they are clean, and that he didn’t use any harsh chemicals or cleaners on them. Thanks for the great experience.
