Wonderful little tea place. Typically pretty busy too. The bartistas are talented and friendly. Try their spicy green chai… yummmm. Lots of regulars who keep coming back because it’s cozy and in a great location. I miss my(nearly) daily visits there. =)

Short wait time on my boba tea and ginger blend tea. No complaints here.

I ordered a Chai Wallah Boba Tea, and was greeted with a very indifferent staff. Furthermore, my excitement at the prospect of having boba tea for the first time since I left China was quickly crushed upon my first sip. The tea was completely flavorless and bland, and the boba was just okay. I tried to just put up with it and see if my palate would become accustomed to the taste, but it still tasted like nothing. I ended up giving in and putting Splenda in until it actually had a taste. At least now it tastes remotely like a chai…

5 stars for the taste of the coffee, my latte was really good, however 1 star off for the fact everything is served in disposable cups. When you come to sit at a coffee shop it’s nice to have an actual cup, it changes the whole experience of drinking tea or coffee. The décor of the place is a little dated and tired, but plenty of tables inside and out which is nice too.

This coffeeshop has an unfailing record of great energy and goodness. The drinks are great, the place is clean, and all servers/baristas are always fantastic!

This place has a lot of sentimental value to me. I used to come here everyday to study, and I would order a nice, steaming, hot chai tea, or when I wanted something different, I’d order the Calm Sensation(tea latte). The drinks here are very good, and you can get a lot of work done as there is a lot of room to sit. Hopefully this place will treat you well, like it has done to me. Pros: –Atmosphere –Drink quality –Lots of room to sit Cons: –None

Pekoe is my favorite place to meet up with friends and family. I love relaxing out front in the sun gazing at the Flatiorns with a double cappuccino and quiet conversation.

Friendly staff, sweet smiles, excellent customer service — and oh my, delicious drinks. I had a HOT Green Buddha(although I hear the frozen blended drink is also awesome). This Hot Green Buddha is PERFECT. Love the music, the colors, the vibe. Free wifi, electrical outlets cover the place. It’s a great environment for a meeting, writing, hanging out — or just drinking their delicious tea :) YUM!

Pekoe has the best coffee and black tiger tea! They are all very friendly and kind as well. Will defiantly be coming back as many times before I head home to California! They also have them all over boulder!

Customer service isn’t always the greatest! I love the vanilla toddy with almond milk. You gotta get Boba too. I use my rewards card to build up points for a free drink and left my card last time i visited. I was so close to getting my free drink, but when i went back for it. No card. No way of tracking the card either. :(give Pekoe a try! Delicious coffee and boba drinks!

Ah, Pekoe. It is my favorite place to grab a(non-alcoholic) drink in Boulder. They have boba, and I highly recommend getting the Green Buddha with boba. However, I’m not a fan of the Matcha Doshu. The white chocolate in the Green Buddha makes all the difference. The chai is good, but it doesn’t really go with boba. Also, the French donut is quite delicious but they should really heat it up or something. It tastes like I imagine a cronut would taste. Go to Pekoe and be happy.

Their Milk Tea Bubble Tea is very tasty! Very different from how it is made in Asia, but still very good.

My husband and I love their matcha tea lattes — they’re even better when they add vanilla! I like the friendly staff at this location — they always seem to be in the best moods!

GENERALTEARANT: I am not a big fan of tea, which is not to be mistaken with Tea, which includes cucumber sandwiches, scones and hopefully strawberries. I especially dislike hot tea. I always mistime it and burn my mouth. Why must hot drinks be served quite so hot? I don’t WANT to wait! My only reason for being here was meeting someone for an interview, and I assumed I should at least buy something to ‘pay’ for the seat. At least I could have something important to concentrate on while my tea cooled to a reasonable non-mouth-burning temperature. Which took about 35 minutes, incidentally. 35 minutes of having a drink taunt me. I bought it in order to drink it, and yet I must wait because it’s currently undrinkable. ACTUALREVIEWOFSHOPANDNOT A GENERALRANTINTHISPARAGRAPH: Fortunately they had a variety of non-caffeinated teas, which I obviously need because I’m spastic enough without the caffeine, and I got something with honey and an Egyptian sounding name, and a rather yummy kruller type pastry. Employees were friendly and helpful with my tea-newbie inquiries. The tea was decent. The kruller not too sweet, but just right. The shop was busy even on a snowy day, and rather warm. SPECIFICSHOPRANT: What really blew my mind was that they served hot tea in an iced tea glass. Centuries of British and Chinese ingenuity and perfection of the teapot and cup tossed right out the window. Not only must I drink too-hot tea, I must grasp a smooth piece of rounded glass that is soon to be also hot, which then develops condensation to make the glass even more slippery. No teapot to keep the tea I haven’t drunk yet hot as I work to cool the tea I’m about to drink in a separate, shallower cup with a nice handle away from the heat. Just a glass meant to hold a lot of ice and a plastic insert that holds the tea leaves for which they gave me nothing to place it on when I finally determined I could drink my tea. So, probably won’t be back. I’m sure they’re relieved. Hot tea in an iced tea glass. .. . *mutter* UPDATE: I received a private message from the owner, who provided the usual ‘we want our customers to be happy’ note and that I can always make special requests to make my cup ‘right’ for me, which was nice. I encouraged him to respond publicly to me here, although I don’t know if that’s still a thing businesses can do. I’m just not that interested in tea itself to make the trip back, but if anyone manages to get iced tea served in a teacup at the sip house, let me know. ;-)

Terrific food, terrific drinks. All very natural. Would come back more if it weren’t for the often terrible choice of loud music, dirty restroom and the attitude of the staff when I ask with a smile if someone would please clean the only free table that has half an acai bowl spill on it. The baristas are very friendly and welcoming though, don’t get me wrong. Overall easily one of the best coffee/tea places I’ve been with a creative, healthy and not overwhelming selection. My faves are the lilly tea acai bowl, almond croissant, superfood brownie and of course the spicy green chai w/soy.

The house chai is fantastic and the pastries quite delicious & creative. They also have loose tea for sale. The staff was friendly, and well-informed on the menu. Also, during my visit the wifi was reliable and speedy enough to get work done.

Come on… your sister on 30th is so great. In comparison, this is such a dud. I will NEVER be back. Reasons why: 1. Customer service. I ask if you have internet, and you say«yes!». Then I sit down, and have to come up and ask what the password was. Why didn’t you just tell me right then and there??? 2. I order a boba. Yum. I get it all the time on the 30th st. You charge me over $ 1 more than your sister coffee house. What? I ask you about it, and instead of looking you just said you charged me a boba, instead of an ice tea with boba… interesting. more expensive. 3. When I get my bona I ask for a boba lid(because the straw is bigger). The guy disregards me, I use a normal lid, which breaks the lid a bit, and cuts me. Thanks guys– really wanted to get cut by a plastic top today. thanks. Bad. Bad experience. All customer service, that can be fixed!

Stopped by for coffee and tea. Was nice to find a Wi-Fi hot spot and something local that ain’t Starbucks. Coffee was excellent and the tropical fruit tea I had was such a welcome refreshment. Used the barristas advice on what to order and he nailed it. Fun place.
