I was pleasantly surprised by their coffee. For some reason, the neon sign made me think it was going to be mediocre. They have little breakfast burritos that aren’t too bad too.

One of the cool things about Que’s is that they work with the roaster they get their coffee beans from. The house blend is a custom blend, and the coffee is roasted every week.

Stepping into Que’s I feel like I am at Vic’s except that the name is different. Like at Vic’s(Que’s used to be Vic’s a few years ago), the place is clean, a little impersonal, and coffee is good. I like the fact that parking is easy, and there is also plenty of seating outside. I never have a problem finding a table available at Que’s. I totally agree with another reviewer about the misleading refill policy. You have to look at the board closely to notice that the refill is only for the in-house SMALL coffee size. If, like me, you only notice the free refill next to the coffee sign, and order a bigger size, you’ll have to pay for your refill. When I complained about it, judging from the barista’s reaction, I have the feeling that this mistake happens quite often, and I wonder why they just don’t make the sign more obvious. In the end, it was also interesting to notice that I still had to pay for my refill… Still, I visit Que’s regularly for it’s convenient location and consistent quality coffee. I only hope they’ll make that refill policy more obvious on the board one day.

Rob the owner runs a tight coffee shop. It’s always clean, fast and serving up quality coffees and teas. The atmosphere is bright, and relaxing. Thanks for being open for the holiday!

Highly overpriced, mediocre coffee, & below average service. Neither the hot chai, Americano, or café florentine were memorable. Wanted to check out the drive thru menu since I’ve not really tried the place out too freq. I can read & see that I’m supposed to order at the 2nd window but w/all the options it takes a bit to decide(~1.5 min). Individual behind me immediately began honking incessantly. After I order/leave I see window cashier hi-5 impatient patron behind me. If you don’t want prospective customers to feel comfortable/come back then keep it up, coffee snobs! If you’d like to try a consistently stellar quality coffee shop try Spruce Confections!

Convenient location for me. The drive thru feature is great, especially considering it is next to the 36 onramp and one of the only coffee shops in Boulder that offers it. I typically order café au laits from here, and they are god damn delicious. Good place to study or do work. Staff seems hard working and fast paced, which I also like. It’s not the cheapest coffee ever, but this is Boulder. Prices seem consistent with competitors. Overall, I love this place.

brewed coffee is great — refill policy and communications about it from staff leaves much to be desired. Menu board clearly states(with refill) next to Cup of Coffee. Barista informed me after refilling my 14 oz. travel mug that the refill only applied to in – house small coffee cup… for $ 1.85 is it worth misleading customers???

The best service I’ve ever received in boulder. The products are just as good as any other coffee shop in town but the drive through and the people here make it really stand apart. I won’t go anywhere else! I don’t normally write reviews but I had to express how impressed I am day after day by the staff over at ques.

I really like Que’s, super place to eat, meet, or hang out. However, the big bummer is that they allow smoking on their outdoor patio, ew.

Terrible service for overpriced mediocre espresso. I paid $ 3.15 for a double espresso, no milk, no sugar and it was not very good. It also took WAY too long to get it. I will not be back.

Awesome place, really cool people. I get a lot of coffee here and I’ve never been disappointed. On a couple occasions they have made mistakes but always took fault and usually made up for their mistakes with free coffee. Prices are solid

I ordered a burrito from the board thinking it would be homemade. Instead, I got what is essentially a gas station quality burrito: line after line of chemical ingredients, artificial butter, reconstituted, cheap ingredients. When I complained, the manager blew me off, saying they the burrito company is owned by a former employee and he didn’t care what was in them. Next time I’ll save $ 7 and go to the Conoco across the street.

Awesome and cool staff. Delicious coffee. Mmm breakfast burritos. Although it doesn’t look it, it’s locally owned — décor and space is too smooth and prefab, almost starbucksy to me, and it’s full of yuppies on their laptops(not a customer without one on the day I went). If the latter is what you like, you’ll be happy, it’s bright with big windows and clean. I prefer a place with more personality and interesting people, not all on their laptops, to look at. A bit more down, a bit more unique.

Great remodel of the interior. Looks fresh and modern without being worn down(as is the feeling in most Boulder coffee shops). Also has a great outdoor seating area for enjoying the beautiful Boulder weather. And if you don’t have time to wait, use their drive through! Like the quality. No tricks — just a good cup of Joe!

I’ve already reviewed this café when it was Vic’s…and not much has changed since they became Que’s. Same convenient location(drive thru, too!), same plentiful, comfortable, bright seating, same yummy pastries, and same delicious drinks! About the only thing that’s changed is the name on my punch card…
