Yay… went out of business or did they simply rename themselves? My cycling buddies in Colorado tell me that even though rscycle is out of business, they are the same organization. I did some research after seeing these guys go under and found that rscycle and Tommaso AREINFACT the people… and not related to Pacific or an Italian company. BLACKLIST For experienced cyclists, I shouldn’t need to infer that if the bicycle is only sold via one source that it’s not likely a reputable source. REMEMBER, you get what you pay for.

NOSTARS. DONOT shop here. They’re a fraudulent place. The people who’ve given them one star are FAR too generous. I bought a K2 bike there several yrs ago and I got a deal that was definitely too-good-to-be-true. The frame cracked. I assumed they would help me – WRONG! Turns out that K2 quit making bikes so there’s no way they could help me. Randall Scott apparently bought a bunch of K2s at a very low cost knowing this. They were or are able to unload these bikes knowing that they’d never have to handle maintenance or repairs.(They’re not an actual shop anyway. They’re a «show room.» No mechanics or anything like that.) Apart from the cracks, the bike was basically set up poorly. Again, since they’re not an actual shop they don’t do tune ups and such. At one point, I tried both calling and emailing. I called and the phone rang, rang and rang. No answer. Later the same day I looked on the website for the number I called – and they’d taken it off the site! They don’t want to hear from anyone! I would love to see some sort of natural disaster hit this shop. A very targeted micro-earthquake could suck the place into the ground and I’d definitely grin and laugh.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company! When I placed my order via phone, I was guaranteed that the item I ordered would be shipped that day and when it wasn’t, they were unwilling to upgrade shipping to the next level so that it would that the order would be received on time. Their shipping procedures are completely lax and their customer service is abysmal. They don’t stand behind their word and care more about making a couple of bucks than satisfying their customers. I will NEVER do business with them again.

Ok, I gave it another star because I’m super happy with the bike so far. No problems keeping up with nicer bikes. The bike rides great and I’m happy with everything. Again, the only thing that I’ll find out later is how good their warranty is if this bike’s frame every got bent out due to an accident or something. I guess I’ll find out then and report back.
