Ron Rovtar – Cherry Creek Properties, LLC

My wife and I were traveling from out of state to the Boulder, CO area with the pure intent of revisiting a location we knew we loved and were now considering moving to.
Doing some research online, I came across some extremely informative articles that Ron had written on Trulia with very helpful tips on moving to the Boulder area. I figured if Ron put this much time into something not directly associated with a client then he surely would offer us the same kind of attention. Man was I right. From my first email correspondence, to preliminary planing phone calls, all the way to meeting up around our schedule Ron treated the whole process with the utmost respect and genuine interest for our requests and concerns. He spent an entire day driving us around to show us not only homes we had interest in, but also different areas to gain a general understanding of the lay of the land. Being a local to Boulder, Ron was able to share some personal insight and provide a lot of information that we otherwise would not have come across from simple Google searches.
