Worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. This location is ran by kids who don’t know how to manage/prioritize orders. I’ve been standing in line for about 15 minutes with 6 other customers ahead of me. The crew of 4 has been standing around the whole time while one person is working. Another employee was talking to a friend on the side the whole time while paying customers are waiting. Not professional.

Staff is extremely nice and helpful, drinks are good, the main problem is that they almost never take your mobile order. ¾ of the time o walk in and my order hasn’t even been taken off of the reel they come in on… What’s the point of online ordering again?

I gave this Starbucks 2 stars because of their slow production. They even get the orders wrong occasionally. I ordered a plain bagel and the barista gave me pumpkin bread. They did have a lot of new people working their, so I shouldn’t be so hard on them. But the person that made my drink had been there the longest out of all the baristas. It took him almost 15 – 18 minutes to make a passion tea lemonade. The drink tasted fine but I think they could’ve been a little quicker. But I mean they had lots of new people working there so these two stars shouldn’t be a permanent rating. I think I’ll come back to this Starbucks in about a month and see if they’ve improved.

This 5-star review goes specifically to the crew that was working the morning of May 25th. They were short staffed, and slammed from so many people coming in from the Boulder Boulder race. As busy as they were, they stayed calm, collected, and still very polite. I normally wouldn’t want to rate a Starbucks, but they showed true professionalism this morning. Thank you.

Oh my… Probably will avoid coming here again if I can. Drinks and layout are pretty standard and staff is nice enough. My problem is that every time I come here, it’s so LOUD. I can’t concentrate at all with all the people talking and coffee-making. Normally, the mixing of the coffee drinks contribute to the pleasant buzz characteristic of a coffeeshop, but here, it seemed like construction of a major highway or something was happening. Also, the last time I came, a hobo entered and pestered the cashiers. I understand this is not the fault of the employees here, but just a heads up to those looking to visit this Starbucks because it definitely made me uncomfortable. One positive note though is that it’s very close to the mountains so if you sit outside, it’s a pretty view.

I’m a Starbucks addict, it’s rare I don’t go at least once a day, in some cases I may make two visits a day(yes, I’m aware it’s absurd). While in Boulder I stopped in to grab a few drinks and was underwhelmed by the whole experience. The barista’s were lack luster and seemed unhappy to be there and there were mistakes made that should not have been made. At the end of my visit, I walked away with what I ordered and a little baffled by the overall meh vibe of this location. I will likely stick to the Starbucks on Pearl Street for a better Starbucks experience.

Staffers seemed less perky. Maybe too tired? Maybe come caffeine would help? Either way, drinks are consistent and tasty.

I’ve been to most of the Starbucks in Boulder and on a good day this one is pretty good, but for me that’s been sporadic. There have been a few times when I’ve waited at the counter with no one in front of me while staff did maintenance type things for several minutes. Waiting on customers seemed a secondary priority. The pleasantness of the baristas varies significantly. Most are great but a couple just aren’t happy people. Most days I’ve been here the wifi is below average, even when there doesn’t seem to be a lot of people there using it.

I find the service in this Starbucks to be very slow, but the baristas make up for it by being super friendly. Close parking also makes it a convenient location.

Smelly homeless guy living in store and no one seemed care. Not the coffee house experience I wanted.

My all time favorite Starbucks in Colorado! The staff are very charming and funny! Not to mention they always make my drink exactly the way I asked. I strongly recommend this individual Starbucks.

This is more like 2 ½ because I end up here sometimes and the experience is the most variable of any SB in Boulder. Some days, like yesterday, I would give them a 2. Mistakes are made here that I rarely see elsewhere. There used to be some regular baristas that were terrific. Review the training please!

No cinnamon! What the… My «extra foamy» drink had less foam than the smaller size usually comes with, and… the missing cinnamon makes for a sad sipping experience.

Really? No one has reviewed this store? This Starbucks is quite busy, despite the parking lot is usually jammed. It seems that there are quite a few regulars here, as I tend to get the«your sitting at MY table» glare. Unlike the store near 15th, this is usually clean and well-kept with freindly barristas.
