Sunrun

REC Solar installed panels on our roof over a year and a half ago. We went with the no money down option (SunRun), feeling, «wait this has to be too good to be true.» We could reduce our carbon footprint, reduce our present electric bill AND save even more in the future as energy costs rise?
Well now 18 months into this we are seeing it realized. Financially we are already ahead in savings on our energy bill combined with our solar lease bill. Additionally, we have offset 16,180 POUNDS of Carbon Dioxide.
Sorry to sound like a commercial, but seriously, all this with no money down and a seamless installation process. They really worked with us to find a window that would work, every service rep was very professional and courteous. I really hardly knew they were there. They also supplied «pigeon guards.» Many of the neighbors with solar have found they are now a prime roosting spot for pigeons, not us!
The geek in me loves to check out the graphs and metrics every month and see how we did compared to goal. All in all it has been a great experience. I want to shout it from my rooftop solar panels (hee hee).
