They may not make their own jerky, but they know what they are talking about. You can tell they are very knowledgeable and passionate about jerky, which I truly appreciate that as a huge jerky fan.
You can sample any of flavors that they have and you can find some exotic meats there too (alligator, kangaroo, etc.).

These guys compiled a tasty and original Christmas package for my family in Texas — did a GREAT job.
Tim was very helpful, making suggestions that my family would love.
We’ve hit the place on a few sprees since my last review and found that the same cleanliness and quality has been sustained.

This place is good but they do not make their own jerky, they buy it from someone in Michigan. The owner was very helpful, let me take my time and had me sample pretty much everything. They have jerky and sausage in several exotic meats which is nice for variety. My favorite was also the cherry maple jerky. Their hotter meats were indeed spicy so be forewarned.
The fried peanuts were pretty cool, I had never seen those before. You can eat the entire thing shell and all!

My husband is a jerky connoisseur and gives this place 5 stars! Our only beef (pun intended) is that they are not open on Sunday when he likes to go for a motorcycle ride. A biker’s gotta have his jerky, ya know? The owner is super nice, great service, fantastic selection of MSG-​free jerkies.
