Taco Bell

Between random closing hours and messing up your order 50 percent of the time, it’s crazy that this location is even allowed to remain open. Getting our order wrong is one thing, but the last visit I was overcharged and told the only way it could be dealt with was to drive back to the location that night (I know, my fault for not checking the bag, but why should that be my responsibility when this happens so often?). I assume this store just does whatever they feel like and assumes everyone is a drunk student who doesn’t care about their terrible service. I guess the better option is to just go home and ask throw whatever you have in the house into a tortilla because it will be more accurate than whatever you tried to order from this location. Seriously terrible.

WTF? 100 yards from a university campus and it continuously closes between noon and 10 PM. Mysteriously, all other Taco Bells in town close at odd times as well. DO NOT believe the hours because this is consistently happening since August 2015. In the odd chance they are open, they ⁸⁄₁₀ times they get your order wrong. This used to be an awesome place but now its the worst. I am seeing more and more rat traps being put outside and wonder if this might have something to do with the closures?

Great staff here and very well kept location. I have gone here a few times using their mobile app and each time has been seamless. The manager has come out each time and asked about my order and everything has been promptly made. Looks like everyone takes pride in this place and it shows, very clean and great service /​food. Cinnabon and Captain Crunch bites for life.

The staff here is incompetent. I always have to wait a significant amount of time to even place my order, especially when there’s no one else in the store.

This Taco Bell is horrible! Ordered an am crunchwrap and I specified over and over about how there can be absolutely no meat in it, the ordered said yes of course but when I get home to eat the crunchwrap I break it open and find bacon bits everywhere! Do not, I repeat DO NOT TRUST this Taco Bell.

DO NOT GO HERE! They have a tow truck waiting in their parking lot for people who leave there car for a minute. There used to be a path going to Starbucks/​Einstein but Taco Bell had that path blocked. I understand that they own the parking lot but I have never seen this lot full while Starbucks/​Einsteins lot is always full. I’m sorry that the other businesses sell a better product than you. The fact that they hire a tow truck to sit there and wait just shows what kind of shady business this Taco Bell is.

I can’t say much about the food quality because I never got my food!
I tried to get breakfast here on the way to work. First of all, they don’t start serving breakfast til 9 AM! That’s pretty late for on-​the-​way-​to-​work fast breakfast. But I got there at 8:55 and decided to wait til they opened.
At 9:03 they still weren’t open so I honked. Nothing. Drove up to the window. «Manny» explained that they weren’t ready. I said, «It’s after 9, right?» and Manny said, «It’s only 3 minutes.» He obviously was on «mañana» time and didn’t care how long I sat there or what time they actually started working.
He didn’t ask for my order or anything. He kept repeating «We’re getting ready. It’s only 3 minutes.» Never asked for my order because they «weren’t ready» at 9:05. So I said I would just call the customer service number because this was poor service and he said, «Fine, call the number» and waved his hands and shut the window. SO SO RUDE!
After contemplating this I decided to go elsewhere (not really having a choice then as I would FULLY expect «Manny» to spit in my food if they ever made any.) But I was annoyed so I went in to speak to the manager. Guess who is the «ASST Manager»? Yep, Rude Manny. He kept saying, «What? It’s only 3 minutes!» (Which by then was no longer true). No apologies, no service. He waved his badge at me, «I’m Manny, see? Go call the number.»
So I did. And I will never go back to that Taco Bell.
And yes, their petty over-​the-​top fence barrier to prevent access to Einstein bagels from their parking lot is ridiculous.

Boycott this place!!! They have put up a fence to prevent you from parking for 5 – 10 minutes in their lot to head up to Einstein’s/Starbucks. Yes, it’s their right and their parking but they have a huge lot and I’ve never seen anyone looking for parking because of pesky Starbucks customers. And yes, it’s the landlord of Starbucks/Einstein’s fault for not having enough parking up there at Baseline & Broadway but c’mon! Give the rest of us a break Taco Bell Grinches — quit being so petty.

I got hemorrhoids from eating here but still pretty good.

I have no shame in ordering Taco Bell… most of the time. It’s cheap, quick, and just what the alcohol ordered.
Even late at night the staff is friendly and handles the most ridiculous orders with ease. I don’t think we’ve ever gotten our order messed up.
The remodel is nice (way better than the dump it used to be when it was combined TB/​Pizza Hut) but it does not disguise the fact that you’re eating at the ‘Bell, not that it’s really an issue.

Have you been living under a rock? Less than 30% beef. I haven’t eaten Toxic Hell in a long time & I never will again. I rank the food somewhere above KFC & slightly below eating a cat lump out of the litter box.
PS. Where I grew up, it was common knowledge that the employees spit & did other less than desirable things in the various meats & sauces.

Overrated, just like all other late night junk food places in Boulder. This one is just like any other Taco Bell, just that there’s a lot more drunk college students in line at night. If you go there during the day there’s almost no one there, go there at night… and people are lined up like a bunch of 13 year old girls lined up for a Hannah Montana concert.
If you go at 3am on thursday-​saturday be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes.

I second Aaron on this one… best TB in the WORLD!!! So many 4 a.m. trips for the Grande 10 pack… half bean burritos and half soft tacos… mmmm…sooo good… as well as Burrito Supremes and Chalupas…
I might love me the Rover’s and Canlis of the world, but I can appreciate a good Enchirito once in awhile…
FYI: I think the Bell needs to bring back the cinnamon chips of my childhood!

This is the best taco bell in the nation. And I say that after they got rid of the pilot touch sceen ordering and turned me down a million times after I walked through the drive up while wasted.
