Nothing gives you more confidence in a repair shop than when they talk you out of unnecessary work. Saved me $ 25 and generated a lot of goodwill. Thanks guys.

Fantastic bike shop. Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and honest staff. I damaged my fork while packing it to ride my bike in Boulder. They fixed it in no time and got me back to riding. They also fixed my wife’s bike too. Really great service from people you can trust. Thanks again.

My favorite shop in town. Friendly and knowledgable. A shop run by real enthusiasts. As a guy re-entering the bike market, these guys took the time to explain modern mtb technology to me without being condescending or heavy on the sales pitches. I now happily spend my dollars there and feel good about it. Quality bikes and parts at competitive prices and top notch service. Right next to Valmont bike park!

I have no idea if their bike shop does good work, but I can tell you that watery coffee and nowhere to sit and drink it doesn’t inspire me to come back and find out. ..

Now at a new location at Sterling Circle and Valmont, The Fix is both a bike shop and coffee shop. I came in to get a nice cold iced soy latte, and left a happy owner of a brand new bike. I had looked a bikes for a few months, but nothing really grabbed me, my new Jamis changed that. The fit specialist, Noël, was awesome and knew fairly instantly the kind of bike and size for my needs. I’m short, and plan to commute and do rides of less than 50 miles, so I wanted something fairly sturdy, but also zippy and light. She recommended a Jamis satellite which has a steel frame and reasonable hardware for a bike under $ 1000. The best part of the bike is how fast and maneuverable it is. Plus, thought it has a shorter frame(5’3″) it doesn’t have smaller wheels meaning I don’t sacrifice efficiency. Basically, once I got on the bike I loved it and knew I had to have it. Noël was super helpful about accessories and helped me pick them out of the catalog. Since I needed to special order it, I paid half down and half on pick up. Yea excited! Great shop.

Although I have many years on a Mountain Bike and really love all bikes. My bike of choice is a single speed hardtail Dirt Jumper. While lots of shops carry the Mainstream versions of these bikes few actually carry any parts or have any knowledge of them. The Fix is the only shop I have been to in Colorado that specializes in them. The staff is extremely helpful and Knowledgeable. They carry a full assortment of frames and parts. This said they also have an amazing selection of TRUE downhill machines. While this is no longer the realm of biking I dabble in. I did live in a ski town for 10 years. All of which I downhilled. The selection of bikes here is not big but is impressive. True suspension Monsters lurk inside these doors. The shop also maintains a beefy set of jumps out back. and looks to have a great tech area.
