Sara is different than other chiropractors. Instead of adjusting you cold and having you in and out in 5 minutes, she takes the time to ask what’s hurting, why, and explains stretches to do at home to reduce the pain. In particular, she is excellent with helping to heal injuries. I am a D1 college athlete and have gone to her for years with neck and back issues, and my dad has seen her following his disc surgery on his neck as well. We agree that she is the best, and has helped me overcome stubborn injuries. Appointments are also convenient to book through her online system.

The scheduling process is very easy, call or just go online and pick your time and date. The office was clean, tidy and neat. When we met she took a moment to go over my concerns, my experience with chiro’s in the past and asked about what I wanted to accomplish. She went over what she does and how she does it and was very honest about how she thought we should be able to help resolve tension and such issues but it may not completely resolve the issues I had mentioned and how she’s seen success with this but everyone is different, or it might take a few sessions or might take longer to see results but most people feel a little better at least, after their first sessions. She said she does not put together a ‘package’ where you have to sign on, we could just schedule as we go, seeing how I feel afterwards or the next day or so for example, which was great, in my opinion. The type of work she does is very relaxing with the active release first, she was very knowledgeable and informative and I felt very comfortable with her. She’s very energetic, personable, fun and positive and truly a breath of fresh air, especially compared to all of the MDs we’ve seen with my issues. I will definitely be going back. My husband was there too and he had good things to say as well, he may even become a customer, as he was jealous of some of the stretches and moves Sarah did with me.
