I have been lucky enough to experience Whitney’s teachings in both Pilates and Yoga (CorePower Yoga). I can say that she has a way of making both practices accessible to those just starting off and challenging to those who want to push it further. Being a beginner myself in Pilates, I definitely felt the affects of her classes in both my posture and neglected muscle’s that I have never experienced.
Whitney’s classes bring a fresh perspective to Pilates that I think will help you to engage not only your body but your mind into the practice, no matter where you are in your practice. Her classes are a lot of fun and you can tell she is passionate with her teachings.

I had private lessons from Whitney for over a year while she was in Chicago. She was my first pilates instructor and I have to say she is one of the best I have had. She was great at understanding my body and knowing how to develop me and push me to go deeper in my practice. I highly recommend her. I wish she was still in Chicago.

Whitney was one of my original Pilates teachers, and I can still hear her voice inside my head whenever I’m performing any exercise! Whitney has an incredible way of helping her clients to feel each exercise deep in their bodies. She always helped me to go a little bit further than I thought I could, and I always left a lesson with a new «ah ha» moment. Her cues are awesome, and her enthusiasm and passion for Pilates is contagious. She is seriously the «real-deal». I love Whitney!
