Just to be fair, a follow up. After finally calling the director of the BMC and asking for a written statement as to why Dr. Zacharias refused to speak to me to share the outcome of the tests he ordered and his recommendation, he finally called and acted oblivious to the whole situation (despite having initalled my letter, etc.). I did, however, get a chance to ask questions and received adequate information given that he doesn’t know what the real problem is. He apologized for the confusion and poor communication. Very much appreciated, but way too long (3 months) in coming.
