I was in the area with some free time to waste and tried this place out. they accommodated me without an appointment and were very friendly. I was disappointed with the job the girl did. she layered the polish too thick I had to sit for atleast 30 minutes before they felt dry but turned out they weren’t dry as they smudged when I left.

We have all had our nail person… the one you love! Moving seemed great, yet I had to find someone new for gels. My neighbor recommended image nail salon in bound brook. Place is on a busy street and parking was terrible. However, Tina did my nails. I would walk the distance for the perfect nail girl. My nails were flawless and I was very pleased. Gel fills were $ 30. Very reasonable. I will definitely be a regular and I’m hoping my pedicure will be just as great. Stay tuned. That is next week.

I tried this salon for the first time this past Tuesday from a referral from a cousin who goes here as well. First I «shopped» around from around this area to up in Morristown since I am in that area weekly. Being a college student I feel the cheaper the better. This salon was the best price I could find for what I was looking for. That being said I am pretty happy with what I had done. Don’t let the outside of the building fool you, the inside of the salon is rather nice. It was not at all what I was expecting when I saw the outside. There was no wait when I went at 2 pm but around 3 pm it got busier. I got greeted right away and soon the process started. I had Lynn do my nails. It seems like they know their clients by name. This is going to be my go to salon.

i have been going to this salon for almost a solid year now, faithfully every 4-ish weeks, starting with getting acrylics for my wedding. i have never had to wait very long for anything i’ve needed done, they are always friendly, and i’ve never been «cut» accidentally with the drill or nail file. i’ve had acrylics (full set and fills), pedicures, and waxing done here, and they always do a beautiful job — i am always getting compliments on how good my nails look. they have asked before if i would like some other service done, and if i don’t have the time or money, i tell them no, and they never push the issue. i’ve even taken my 11 year old daughter to get a mani/pedi, and she loved it. the shop is always very clean and well taken care of…
this shop was recommended to me, and i have recommended them to several people since. and in fact — i’m on my way out the door right now to get my fill done!

This is a fairly average nail salon. 3 of us went to get a pedicure and they did a good enough job for all of us. However, don’t bother making an appointment — we did but we still did not get seated at the same time, which was less than ideal. But I suppose they can’t say no if they have guaranteed clients already in the store, at the risk of a no-show.
Everything seemed clean and they had older, but still pretty good spa chairs with a massage.
They took credit cards, but it did not have a place for a tip — so either tell them to charge you for the service plus whatever tip you want to leave or make sure you have cash (they did not tell me there would be no tip option).
Prices were about average — $ 20 for a pedicure and $ 30 for a mani-pedi combo.
