Had been to a party here before so was excited to have our own. Food was disappointing! Chicken piccata and pasta was not good. When it came to dessert the rice pudding cups came out FROZEN!!! We couldn’t bring in our own dessert besides a cake and that is what we get??? So embarrassing when we were throwing the party. There were several parties going on and they seemed overwhelmed. Sales manager was not the friendliest at times. The staff who helped the day of was amazing though! Will not be having another party here and will not recommend to anyone.

We had our ski club 50th anniversary party there in October. We were pleasantly surprised with the
Quality of the food and the service. We had a small room for 30 people. It is nice that they have different size rooms. The large parking lot is also nice.

I have NO idea what the person who wrote the other review is talking about. The «lady who runs the show» is completely rude and doesn’t care about what the person PAYING for the party wants! Only cared and was nice during the first meeting. As soon as she got her money and signed contract she turned into a nasty person! Had a friend that was gonna have a party here and I told her to not do it. I hope this lady knows she’s losing out on business as what happened to me is not the first time this has happened. I’ve heard horrible stories from multiple people! They also have NO sense of time management! Please take your business else where, TRUST ME! All they care about is themselves and their money! Will also fine you $ 150 if you’re ONE PERSON under the minimum!(room for 50+ but you end up with 49). It’s ridiculous!

We have had the absolute pleasure of hosting a bunch of parties at Madeline’s and we, along with our guests, left super happy! Staff is amazing, food is delicious AND you get a bang for your buck!
The lady who runs the show works around you, gives you choices after choices of clothes, linens, food choices etc., She’s wonderful!
