First time at Einstein. Grew up in LA. Purchased a bagel with lox. Not enough cream cheese and a tiny little circle of tomato that didn’t cover the bagel. Went back a few days later. This time purchased two bagels with butter and cream cheese. I guess the employee didn’t know to put the butter on first then the cream cheese. Tried to put the butter on top of the cream cheese and we ended up with globs of butter. Also ordered a vanilla latte which tasted like milk. Had to purchase an extra shot to make it taste like a latte. Bagels were very fresh, but they need to teach employees the correct process. It’s not rocket science. Next time I’ll just buy bagels and put my own cream cheese and butter on them. Come on Einstein’s get it together

A month later nothing’s changed. Empty bins by 9:30am this time. Two wheat and one asiago cheese bagel left. People in line choosing obscure substitutions or leaving. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go here in the first place. They do not stock their signature product or provide an explanation.

I ended up getting food poisoning from them today, granted there is always a risk in eating their salmon bagels and their salmon was FARTOOTHICK to be on a bagel, it was disgusting, I really had to force it down, it’s breakfast after all the most important meal of the day. I would NOT recommend going there!

If you want to see something gross remove the wax paper and look closely at the black plastic tray your food was just served on: when I did I saw some unidentifiable sticky substance, at least 2 kinds of cream cheese, some mystery dust I hope was flour. Disgusting. Tables never get washed either. Who the hell manages this place? 3 employees standing around and no one is cleaning. Boo.

I enjoy a good bagel. Einstein has good bagels. The problem at this location is the staff are not attentive and I have ended up with the wrong bagel too many times for it to be an accident. They need to train their staff or devise a system so that when I order a potato bagel with a veggie schmear, I don’t get a garlic bagel with plain cream cheese. It’s not hard people, they even look different!

Just got our breakfast and it was a disaster. They didn’t toast my bagel and their idea of extra cream cheese was a light dusting. My friends bagel came out so burnt it was inedible. My daughters bagel was just on the verge of being overlooked. We were shocked someone would actually serve these! Unfortunately we didn’t discover it until we opened it up at home.

This location single-handedly ruined an entire food genre for me. Now, anytime I think about visiting an Einstein’s, Noah’s, or any general breakfast place that trusts 19 year-olds to manage the entire place… I think of this location and end up starving until lunch. Frequently out of stock of even the most basic bagels, coffee that tastes like it came from a Jiffy Lube waiting room, and a deplorable cleanliness level(don’t look at the floors across the counter), I’m amazed to see cars in their parking lot every morning.

Now I may be a bit biased on this one based on my already Gigantic love for bagels so I’m not the toughest critic in the world when it come to this. But when you add something as fun to say as SCHMEAR to the mix and I’m head over feet! I love the variety of healthier alternatives like the power bagels which has berries, nuts, seeds, etc for us health nuts. Also they make a mean, now I’m talking vicious, chai tea. Definitely worth the stop solely for that. The location is a smaller one, and the parking is a bit tight. To some it may seem like a real life version of the parking lot game. Scoot red car forward, move van, move truck, inch backward, move back truck, etc… but being that I ride public transportation I mostly get to laugh from the sidewalk and waltz right in to get schmeared!

Location was ok, not great. Bagels were flatter than I expected and this location does NOT have a drive through.

Smaller location with less seating than other locations, but at least I can get my powerbagel and peanut butter fix
