Been to this insta care twice. Longer wait than I preferred. But nursing staff & doctor are very nice & efficient

Horrible wait time with no body in clinic very hot in room and no communication. When Dr. Brent came in he was good and explained to my satisfaction my problem and solution. Some nursing staff seemed to be confused on what to do. I would have given a 1 star rating but Dr was good. Nursing staff very slow and inexperienced it seemed.

Had quite a wait but once they got me back in the room it went a lot faster. They took X-​rays and with in 5 minutes the P.A. Was there to look at my foot and check the X-​rays! Waiting to find out if YHE foots broken or just the toe! Which ever it is it sure hurts! Stay tuned for further notice!
Yeah no broken bones I just dislocated my little toe! So no cast and no crutches! Just a stupid looking protective shoe. :(

Went in with a fever of 105, was generally pleased. Checked for pneumonia and given a shot and a prescription. Two days later still have a temp over 103, called to see what symptoms I should look for in case of problems. Left a message, no call back. Way to go health care professionals!
