Over priced for what they offer. Run down buildings with leaking roofs and dilapidated breezeways that are more often than not littered with garbage and debris. The grassy common areas are often filled with dog feces, left by the multiple tenants that have large dogs and have little or no regard for their neighbors. The laundry rooms are frequently filthy and much of the washers and driers are out of order, even after asking the office to resolve the issues. Police cars are a common occurrence in the complex as, tenants have frequent problems with drugs and or associated with criminal elements. Despite new owners and management, there is no improvement in the complex. If you are looking for an apartment… keep searching.
