HDI Glass

We have a rental in North Salt Lake where the sliding glass door lock stuck so it couldn’t be locked. I found Kent on Unilocal and saw his reviews so I thought I would give him a call. I called him and within 20 minutes he was at the property. He called shortly after saying it was a 5 minute fix and that he wasn’t going to charge us anything. Being from the Bay Area, I was SHOCKED by this. He was awesome. It got fixed and he was really easy to work with. I will totally use him in the future and I highly recommend him!

Spent some time with my parents in Salt Lake City this month and needed to help them find someone to fix three of their broken home windows. I found HDI Glass and am so glad I did! Kent came out the same day we called to give us a free quote on replacing the windows. He was very professional and best of all — his quote was fair and affordable. My parents replace their windows often (the downside of living on a golf course) so they are pretty much experts on window replacements and how much they cost etc. We have sent people away for trying to take advantage of us, so I was happy that Kent was honest and gave us a great quote. Also, he was able to give us a quote very quickly. Efficiency is very important when you’ve got three broken windows!
I’ll update my review after he comes back to actually install the new windows. We’re just waiting for the parts to come in so I’ll update with how the installation job goes. So far, so good!
