They shredded my custom sheers and then claimed it often happens and the person taking my window treatment should have warned me.
No warning was given or I certainly wouldn’t have left them. Even corporate admitted they didn’t follow procedure but said there was nothing they could do about it and any cleaner would have shredded them.
Terrible customer service. This location used to be Your Valet Cleaner and the owner knew everything about fabric and how to take care of things. The people running it now are totally clueless.
I wouldn’t even trust them with laundering shirts.
