I wish I could write a good review because it would be nice to have a shop close to home that is worth going to. This Ski N See location has seen my face for the last time.
The staff is made up of high school and early college aged kids who act put off that you are there. In 4 different trips there, I’ve yet to receive any help that was friendly.
I’ve never been accused of being a high maintenance customer and my needs have been simple. Some wax, rentals for my wife who is learning, goggles for my son. Each time has been met with apathy at best, and once I was greeted with a warning that they were closing in 30 minutes before even asking what my needs were (buying wax wouldn’t take 30 minutes).
In the future I’ll be shopping on Amazon or driving to another store that values my business.
