They have huge discounts on clothes and on food. When we are going to have a party I always buy my food from that place. I also like the Starbucks in there and the huge discounts on gas

The employees here have won my heart. They’re all so friendly! What a great team! Produce is improving too. The sale prices are attractive. I was easily able to go somewhere else to pay less, but now I feel like I can just pick up what I need while I’m in the area instead of driving around all of creation for a cucumber.

I love the store but hate the pharmacy. If they tell you 20 minutes to fill a prescription plan on 45 minutes to an hour. They don’t care about filling their waiting area with patients trying to get their meds. Take your script to target. Won’t be bringing a prescription back here ever again.

Great experience with Smiths Pharmacy. Highly recommend. Spoke with a pharmacist who helped fill my kids rx after ER visit for croup. Fast and efficient.

Smith’s marketplace has managed to evolve over the years. It huge, clean, organized and affordable. It’s no Wegman’s but pretty close to the Utah version. Plenty of Peking and you get a discount on gas if you’re a loyal shopper. Produce is good. And you can pretty much get just about anything you need here.

It is to Kroger’s credit that they allow their stores to be unique and not homogenized. Sometimes this means that they’re better off avoiding, but in some cases, like this one, they’re a veritable wonderland.
The design of this one is curious, with clothes all the way to one side, then the grocery, then the rest of the department store stuff. As this is all under one roof, it’s perhaps best not to attempt unless you either need to get a bunch of varied stuff or you really like walking, as if you go there, you will be doing lots of it. Lots and lots of it. Especially if you want to try to see it all.
A slight layout oddity aside, this is a remarkably clean and well-​kept store. Every employee I came in contact with was pleasant and friendly. Their selection was also outstanding in terms of Hot Wheels and the cold drink cooler.
On the other hand, this store can sort of fall victim to the «nothing exceeds like excess» motif and with so much stuff, it can be very easy to get overwhelmed and to start overlooking stuff. If you’re in a hurry, this is probably not the best store choice, either, as it takes quite a while to navigate.
All in all, you could do a lot worse, especially if you’re in the area anyway.

I like this store, really I do. It’s clean and well organized. My husband and I come shopping here a lot. That is not my complaint! I’m so sick of my run ins with employees that apparently hate their job! We went to the self check out and the young woman that stands there to help and make sure it runs smoothly was such a JERK!!! I wish I would have got her name! All I know is she has super short dark hair and wore a ton of makeup. We scanned something that was on sale and it did not ring up right. I went and double checked the product on the shelf to make sure it was actually on sale. It was so I told my husband and he asked the lady if she could help him. She stood there! Completely ignored him! And I know she heard him. So I say can you please help us this is scanning wrong. She gets all pissed because she has to do her JOB! Is so rude ufhhhhhh I wanted to just scream at her, but I didn’t. I hope I don’t have anymore issues like this again or I will stop coming to this store.

This place makes a super Wal-​Mart look dwarfed. I was here several times over thanksgiving week while visiting my brother. The staff is helpful and very friendly. They have everything from food, clothes and household items and so much more. I wish they had these stores in California.

This is a very Clean store, people are always restocking the shelf’s. The Deli and Bakery are wonderful. Good customer service. Lots of self service checkouts.
When grabbing little item in a rush this store is easy to get in and out of using the self service checkouts.

Now this store is the best in Bountiful, without fail everything you need is here. Artisan cheese, organic food, Dutch ovens, cloths, make up and garden tools. Gas is always at a great deal here as you accumulate point on your value account you get savings on gas. Pharmacy is way friendly and you can buy a 70″ LCD flat screen here too. The restrooms are always clean and checked on hourly. I smile when I come here and I don’t mind giving a great store like this my cash.

This store isn’t what it was when it was Fred Meyer and before that Grand Central. I used to really enjoy going in here because they had everything. When Kroger bought out Fred Meyer that all changed. They don’t have everything and some departments just don’t exist anymore.
People who come here and think they are getting a good deal need to wake up. The prices are high here. Sometimes double compared to Target or Walmart. I just don’t buy much here and it gets less and less each time I visit. They hooked many of their customers with the fresh values card and the points towards a discount at the fuel center. I don’t have a card and I don’t want one. The reason why you are getting a discount at the fuel center is because they are charging you more for the purchases you are making. So you aren’t getting any kind of deal. They haven’t tricked me at all.
Mostly I just stop by to browse at the electronics department. However the electronics department is slowly drying up because of technology. If you are willing to look you can get a good deal on a dvd but if you are looking for a new release don’t expect a deal. Go somewhere else.
As big of a corporation as the Kroger company is I am surprised that they don’t offer better prices.

Best grocery store! Great prices, nice employees. Awesome selection of health food. Good clearance and markdowns. Love the gas savings program.
