We called ahead to see if they refill propane and how much it was. The woman said it was $ 3.19 a gallon. We headed over there (not close to our house btw) and when I got there they told my husband they didn’t have any. That would have been nice to know so we didn’t waste our time and gas. We’ve rented a unit from them before and it’s not the first time their communication skills weren’t polished. Sorry guys. We have to give someone else our business.

Worst customer service and incredibly unhelpful. Beware if you sign up online that your pick up location is in fact not the location you selected, and they won’t tell you until the day before you need to go 10 miles further to get your truck (without a car). Management offered me a measly $ 20 off my price to compensate me for the inconvenience. For the overpriced cost of Uhaul it is not worth your time to deal with inconsiderate managers and poor customer service. Wish it was possible to give zero stars.

I’ve used their U-​Hauls a few times and they installed my hitch. The price quoted is the price paid. Their folks are super friendly and they’ll go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. They’ll put your trailer on for you and make sure everything’s operational before you leave. They gave me an additional two days free of charge for a long distance haul so I wouldn’t be pressured to rush. Absolutely recommended!
