This is the only buffalo wild wings that I’ve been to that doesn’t taste like the rest. The Wild sauce here is a joke. Barely spicy… But you’re a chain restaurant? Not consistent. The wings at TGI down the street put these to shame. Not sure why this particular location isn’t good.

Always service with a smile and a great place to catch a game or two or three. I’m a wing man from way back and was very happy when B Dubbs came to town.

Well normally I don’t give chain restaurants 5 stars, however today we came in with basically half our football team. I was honestly impressed with the level of service and the organization by management and the entire staff. We did call ahead to warn them of our party of 15 or 20, however we shown with about 40 including a large number of 8 or 9 year olds. We had 2 servers and they worked together to get our drinks and appetizers. The food took a little bit, but hey we had tons of food, it was expected. I can not thank them enough for such a smooth lunch with that many people, especially the kids.

This was absolutely the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. First let me start with when my boyfriend and I arrived, we were sitting next to an extremely loud party of nearly 20 boys, mind you the place was nearly empty and there were plenty of empty booths. Now my boyfriend and I are sitting there and watching the waiters go to other tables and there were 2 hostesses just standing there. It was not until my boyfriend went up to the hostess to ask for a waiter, that we actually got a waiter. We waited 10 minutes for a waiter and had we not asked for one we would probably still be sitting there. Also, our food took nearly 30 minutes, it was only 2 baskets of fries and 20 wings. Another issue was the fact that our waiter never came back to our table or any where near our side of the restaurant, it really seems as if he purposely avoided us and I never got a refill or the napkins that I requested. I did tell the general manager, Ryan, about my awful experience and all he could say was«oh… sorry about that». All in all if I could give my experience a negative rating, I would. I will not be back to this Buffalo Wild Wings, ever.

Just you average Buffalo Wild Wings. I feel that the experience is pretty much the same at any of these locations.

This Buffalo Wild Wings isn’t very well set up. I always feel very crowded when I visit this location compared to other buffalo wild wing locations. You feel like your basically eating with the table next to you, because of how close the tables are placed. I never had a problem with their food or staff. I’ve always had great food & a friendly server when I visit this location. I just wish they had a better seating arrangement.

Food was great! Spicy and warm! Service on the other hand not so great! We asked not to be seated in the bar area, it was 9:30 pm and quite loud. What table did we get? The one half in the bar and half out of the bar. There were plenty of other tables available.

Service was sub par staff in general have off the feeling that they had better places to be. Food was ok at best wings were cold by the time they came out. The only thing that seemed to come out just right was the beer but seriously how do you mess that up?

I go here all the time(usually on Thursday for the now-$.60 boneless wing special) and the service is pretty good. Unless you like crowds(both inside and a crowded parking lot) and alot of noise, I’d recommend doing carry-out, as I almost always do. The last time I did choose to go inside, we chose to eat on the patio area and Jessica was our waitress. It wasn’t crowded, but there was one party next to our table that had some pretty tipsy folks seated there. Lastly, during our most recent trip there(on 06÷12÷14), our honey bbq boneless wing(to-go order) wasn’t as crispy as usual. The wings were still far better than you’d get elsewhere, but not up to the high quality level I hold B’Dubs to.

It’s a Friday night and the place is packed. No reservation, but with their quickness we have a table in no more than 10 minutes. Even with the hustle and bustle of having every table filled the customer service was excellent. Never had a bad meal here.

Went there for a Saturday lunch. Wasn’t expecting a whole lot but this is what happened with our time there: 1) Took FOREVER to get seated, even though only one family was in front of us. 2) The hostess called my daughter a «he» when she is clearly a «she». Just because she has a ball cap on doesn’t detract from that fact. Duh. 3) 2 adult lunches/one child took 20 min 4) My daughter asked for boneless wings with honey mustard on the side. Instead she got boneless wings with BBQ on them. No where close. 5) I asked for sauce on the side, wasn’t there at all. Had to ask again 6) Took the bill survey — took 30 minutes almost to complete — UTTERLYRIDICULOUS. Ill bet there were 75 questions including what sports I liked. Wth. 7) the girls went to the restroom — big mistake. Filthy and smelly. :/ I bordered on two stars here but for such a simple order it wasn’t a fun time at all.

Always good food and good service! I tend to be too ADD with all of the noise and tv’s going! Went there to watch a Bears game once… i could watch it… my eyes were all over the place! Great exciting atmosphere though!

Usually filled with people, guaranteed to be noisy, and the wings are almost always over-sauced(not a bad thing in my mind, but it is for some). The food is good though, which is what I go there for. Service could be quicker and probably friendlier though, too.

Ordered nachos and practically got chips. Would have asked for the waitress to bring cheese and chili out, but she didnt come back for 15 minutes. Then, when I tokd her, she didnt come back at all, dropped the check while I was in the restroom and didnt come back for me to pay her… at the cashier, they told me I had to pay the waitress

The food is consistently good but tonight was a disappointment. We went out for Father’s Day and WWE Pay per view. They advertised having the WWE but then they did not order it. We could have gone somewhere else if we had been informed.

This is our fav B-Dubs. Service is good & friendly. Only issue I have with them is that they only have trivia on a couple of TVs. They will change one for you but I would think they would promote that a little more.

This place is ridiculously packed all of the time. No clue why because the food is mediocre. I guess that it’s good for what it is but it’s not the kind of place that should be in high demand every night. There are SO many better bars and restaurants in town to watch a game. Don’t even bother coming here on a night when there’s UFC. We came here a few times to watch it and either couldn’t get a table or had to show up 3 hours early to get one. By the time you figure in that the UFC usually lasts 3+ hours plus the 3 hours sitting in a table, you pretty much never want to step inside of this place again. If I do come to this B-Dubs, I get carry-out. They used to screw my order up a lot, so I like the fact that they take everything out of the boxes and show you to make sure that you don’t get all the way home without what you wanted. The boneless wings are the best and are on special Thursdays. I also enjoy the queso + chips or the nachos with chili AND chicken — I live on the edge. I’m weak and don’t have a palate that can handle spicy so I like the Parmesan garlic or honey BBQ sauce. You can also try the Blazing Challenge depending on how daring you are. It’s pretty disgusting to watch someone take the challenge, but to each their own. Service is usually pretty good, especially if you sit in the bar area. Managers are really nice and usually make small talk with me when I come in.

My family and I really like the food and atmosphere at any BWW. This is the same. Hubby and I enjoy playing the trivia against eachother. Jai is a great server.

So I don’t know how good I’ll be at reviewing the entire menu as I always«chicken» out and go for the wings. I can never try new items when those boneless wings are staring at me through the menu. The sauces are always tasty, and I’ve never really been disappointed with the quality. They usually have some pretty good drink specials for your regular domestics and also stuff like Blue Moon and Killian’s. You could eat here, have a couple of drinks and not totally break the bank. The only thing about this B Dubs is it is usually insane crowded on the weekends. I know that I can’t expect more from the only B Dubs in the area and not a lot of other surrounding options, but I’ve had to wait quite a while before to get a table. Other than that, this place is great on service and has a pretty friendly staff. I’ve always had a good waitress and would gladly go back here again when I’m in the area.

Driving to Chicago O’Hare airport, we stopped at this sports bar & restaurant for lunch prior to our flight home to California. I’ll make this review short & to the point: — Good, meaty buffalo wings with plenty of sauce options — Ice cold beer on tap @ $ 2/pint — Friendly, midwestern service A note of caution, though: I would recommend against eating spicy wings & drinking draft beer prior to flying, if you know what I mean.
