This was my first visit to Dunlap and I had a great visit. I went here because they accept care credit which is a plus for me. But they also had curteous staff who had great personalities. Dr. Lisa was great and was able to get me in early, which I didn’t mind at all. She was very nice and talked to me about my eye problems and suggested new treatments for them. I also liked their selection of glasses and can’t wait to get mine!

I’ve gone to Dr Long and Dunlap’s office for the last two years. I have VSP for my eye insurance and they are one of the in-network eye doctors in my area. Both times, I’ve seen Dr. Lisa. I really like her because she makes friendly conversation with you but she’s also very professional. Last year, I wanted color contacts to make my eyes brighter blue and she made sure to explain the pros and cons and why she would recommend me to only wear them sometimes(mainly days I wouldn’t be staring at a computer all day) I appreciate when doctors are honest and give you their opinions instead of just trying to make you happy and get you out of their office. This year when I went back, I bought glasses since it’s been a few years since I’ve bought glasses. The bad part is that there are no prices marked on any of the glasses. You just pick out what you want and then they will tell you what it costs after insurance. I ended up picking about 10 pairs and asking for quotes on them. When I was stuck deciding between 2 pairs, a lady came over and gave me her opinion. She ended up picking the cheapest pair which I thought was funny and decided to buy. I came in on a Thursday after work to pick up my glasses and I would recommend NOT doing that if at all possible. It was super busy and I had to wait awhile to get my glasses. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this office at all. Everyone is very professional and helpful — from the ladies making the appointments to the doctors themselves.
