I went here earlier this year to get new Toyo tires. Their price was good, but what really impressed me was that they seemed to care about my car overall. I’d had an obnoxious noise for some time that I thought might be a remnant of a heat riser shield I’d had cut off at another shop. They found yet another riser shield that was the cause and they took the initiative to take it off, before it fell off.
I really appreciated this; a few weeks earlier I’d had my car serviced elsewhere and the other place made no mention of it, although likely would have seen it while the car was up on the rack.

Midas is under new ownership and the new owners are fantastic. They are both really sweet and will tell you whether it’s a ‘do it now’ — ‘wait a few weeks’ or my personal favorite a: ‘do it whenever you have the money laying around.’ My husband and I sadly know nothing about cars so it’s imperative to be able to trust your auto mechanic.
A few months ago I had an issue where another shop messed my car up really epic-​ly. The owners at Midas contacted the shop and let them know that it wasn’t of my doing and that it was in fact something that they had done wrong and that shop ended up paying for everything including the tow. Most shops probably would have made me pay up front and duke it out with them later, but Midas went above and beyond the call of duty.
