Simply Self Storage – Armour Rd

My experience is not with their storage, but with trying to purchase a box in their front office. They sell different sized boxes and if you’re wanting to buy just one of their really large sized ones, you might want to save yourself a trip and not stop here. The woman that was there working when I stopped said she couldn’t sell me the box size I wanted because «it was part of a set» and she «couldn’t break up the set because that would be unfair to other people.» To me, this was a strange reason because no one else was shopping there and I could see the door open to their back room and it was packed full of boxes. If it were me, I would sell the customer the box and then simply replace said box with another for the set. No Biggie! But unfortunately, this employee did not feel the same way. I left the store and was feeling pretty frustrated. But, I was able to find that size of box at another local store.
