The Seaside Trolley Gourmet

my oh my! what can i say? this place is deeeeelicious! we have been going pretty much since they opened. the fiancé eats here at least 3, sometimes 4 or 5 times a week. his favorites are the burger and the pulled pork/​chicken sandwich. i like to switch it up and get something different. the cupcakes are also deeeeelicious although we dont really feel like the quality overall of the cupcakes is consistent. i mean sometimes they are the best and sometimes they are just meh. overall an excellent dining experience!

Outstanding fish and chips. Delicious appetizer of eggplant and mozzarella. Loved the cole slaw. The men at the next picnic table said the BBQ special was amazing. Fun to have a food truck with great food in the neighborhood. Definitely will be back.

After seeing an article in the Bourne Enterprise the other day I decided to stop in, since its a close drive I was happy to see the Seaside Trolley is open for business. Have to say I was impressed by the food. Not really anything like the previous Penners; this place has good food, not really what you expect to see from a food truck. Tried a few appetizers, including a rolled eggplant that was outstanding, then proceeded on to dinner. They have a full menu of appetizers, salads sandwiches and entrees, I decided on the pasta special, the family tried the fish taco’s, the chowder and the crab cake sandwich special. Everything was really good. Finished off with some excellent homemade tiramisu. Nice to see they cleaned up the area and enjoyed eating on the water. My only complaint was that it took a little extra time for our food, but you can see that everything is made to order. Next time I’ll leave a little more time to enjoy the view. I think this place will be a welcome addition to the area.
