Very disappointed in a $ 60 bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day! It was tiny! And the excuse was that they use expensive flowers. I don’t see any flowers that I can’t get at Sam’s! I will never be using them again! It’s not like they used orchids in this arrangement. It is a very standard arrangement. See the picture attached and you can make your decision yourself.

$ 3.99 These are how much roses are at another store. At LHOF They are more then 10x’s that price. Yes the quality and appearance of the flowers are better at LHOF but that still doesn’t justify the price! I spend over $ 70 for the same flowers plus a vase & small bear. They where all nice but customer service was horrible & the lady gave me a bad attitude! These people must be trying to become millionaires off of flowers lol

Completely disappointed. Ordered balloons a week before we needed them and asked for a specific color. AFTER I paid they said they didn’t have that color and would I be ok with another one… I replied no we were doing a «craft» and they had to be purple. She told me to come back after lunch and I could pick them up. They were cheap balloons from walmart and weren’t the standard size. So disappointed won’t go back what a waste of $ 11
