Popeye’s Famous Fried Chicken

My note to Popeyes Corporate:
I pulled up to the drive thru at your Popeyes location. I waited quite a while before a person greeted me on the speaker. I attempted to order a 12 piece meal that includes 12 pieces of chicken, two large sides, and six biscuits. The lady tells me (after I tell her I would like to order the 12 piece meal) that I can only get wings and thighs. In addition, I have to get mild and spicy if I order the 12 piece meal. She said, «We don’t have breasts, and we don’t have enough mild or spicy to fill a 12 piece meal with just mild or just spicy.» Since the breasts weren’t available I asked if the 12 piece meal would be supplemented with the prices available. I also asked if the cost would still be the same ($ 23.99) since the pieces were considerably smaller. She said, «No, it’s a 12 piece meal.» I then asked what’s the most pieces of mild I can get (since they didn’t have enough to fill 12 pieces). She said, «Half mild and half spicy.» I asked if I could get an eight piece with six mild and two spicy. She said with an attitude, «Only half and half.» I pulled off and did not eat at Popeyes.
This is not the first issue at this location. If the store could only fill half and half then they could only have 12 total pieces available. In addition, Popeyes is going to charge a customer the same amount for less food, and tell me I have to get spicy and or mild. How does a restaurant tell a customer what they have to order? Do the employees you guys hire think customers are stupid? The last time we contacted Popeyes corporate about an issue with this location our concern was ignored.

Meh. Standard popeyes. The drive through moves fairly quickly.
Beware if you have to pull up and wait for your order. Every single time I have to pull up and wait they screw up my sauces (mardi gras mustard all the things! I need that burn!) so check your order before you pull off.

Why there is always a 30 minute wait on spicy? Or a 10 minute wait that lasts 40? Most of the time it’s good and everything is correct to order but other times I get a little frustrated. Oh well it’s fast food I guess.
