Not the best rest area I’ve ever been to. There are no vending machines to get refreshments or snacks. The place however was fairly clean there’s lots of area to stretch out and nice picnic tables that are clean.

This rest stop is pretty basic, although in a good area between towns for potty breaks on long car trips. There are bathrooms and some picnic tables and a spot to let pets go potty. No vending machines or free coffee. Easy in and out back onto the freeway.

This Bow Hill Rest Area is on the Northbound side of Interstate 5 at Milepost 238. I stopped in here for a Bio Break on the way back from Skagit Harley-Davidson in Burlington, WA to Bellingham, WA. It’s a very basic Interstate rest area. It has Men’s and Women’s restrooms, a pet walking area, picnic tables, and a bulletin board style information kiosk. As far as I could tell there were no vending machines, but it was raining, so I did not conduct an extensive sweep of the rest area!
